This notice accompanies data from the Foursquare Open Source Places dataset, which is
distributed as part of the Overture Maps Foundation `places` theme under the Apache License,
Version 2.0. The full licence text is available alongside this file at

WHY THIS FILE IS SERVED HERE. Overture's attribution requirements
(https://docs.overturemaps.org/attribution/) state that use of the Foursquare share of the
places theme requires this copyright line together with Foursquare's NOTICE. 1,002 of the
30,074 church website addresses The Church Map promoted from Overture on 2026-07-27 carry
Apache-2.0 in their per-record source provenance, i.e. they came from Foursquare. The
obligation is not proportional to the count, so it is satisfied in full.

Every other promoted record (all 30,074, including the Foursquare ones) is covered by
CDLA-Permissive-2.0, whose §2.1 requires that the text of the agreement be made available with
the shared data. That text is at /licenses/CDLA-Permissive-2.0.txt.

No part of this data is derived from OpenStreetMap and none of it carries the Open Database
License: the ODbL obligation applies to Overture's base, buildings, divisions and
transportation themes, and The Church Map uses none of them. Verified per record against
`overture_places_staging.src_licenses`, which held exactly two values across all 30,074 rows:
CDLA-Permissive-2.0 and Apache-2.0.
