We are named after a mountain in the Holy Land where, tradition has it, the Transfiguration of Christ occurred. Even as Jesus was transformed in the light of God before his disciples on Mount Tabor, God is transforming individuals at Tabor Church through God's Word and the Sacraments and through a loving, supportive community.
