Bay Springs Baptist Church was founded in 1883 by Rev. Silas Williford and two families, Mr. and Mrs. Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Fortson. The original church building was not constructed until approximately 1900, and was the church house until it was rebuilt in 1967. Today the church meets in new facilities that God has blessed us with, and He continues to show us His power.
