We exist to help people find and follow Jesus as we love God, love people, and live the Word, from the Emerald Coast to the world.
At Sunrise City Church, we believe in unity, “We is greater than me.” We live in a divided nation with significant cultural, racial, economic, social, and political diversity. We believe the Body of Christ is comprised of people from across this diversity, but we believe diversity must never create division.

Sunrise City Church is part of the Baptist family of churches in The American Church Story. 3,718 congregations of the Baptist family gather across Florida — 71,352 across the United States on The Church Map.
Baptists pressed harder than anyone for religious liberty in America, and the freedom every other congregation on this map enjoys is partly what they won. They have carried believers' baptism and the priesthood of every believer to more of the world than almost anyone — and the Black Baptist church has repeatedly been the conscience of the whole nation.
