Christ Oasis Ministries is part of the Charismatic and neo-charismatic networks family of churches in The American Church Story. 39 congregations of the Charismatic and neo-charismatic networks family gather across Illinois — 1,395 across the United States on The Church Map.
The charismatic networks handed the whole church a way of singing directly to God — a great deal of what your congregation sang last Sunday was written in this family — and they made church planting something churches do for one another rather than alone.

The community around Christ Oasis Ministries
Within a few blocks of these doors, more than 3 in 10 renting households pay over half of everything they earn just to keep a roof over them. More than a third of the children here are growing up below the poverty line, and about a third of households aren't sure there will be enough to eat. That is two thousand neighbors — and some of them are already in these pews.
Pray for the families one rent increase away from moving, and for this church to know their names.
