Ken founded Life Compass Urban Ministries in 2008 as an outreach to families in Kankakee by utilizing athletics and the arts to help area young people re-calibrate their lives for Christ. The early Life Compass team soon developed a vision to reach the whole family, and in 2013, Life Compass Church was established.
