Mount Pleasant Church

The community around Mount Pleasant Church

It takes 6.5 miles in every direction to gather two thousand neighbors around this church. Among the people scattered across those miles, more than 3 in 10 renting households pay over half of everything they earn just to keep a roof over them, and about a third describe their own health as fair or poor, and nearly a quarter of households aren't sure there will be enough to eat. A scattered parish is still a parish.
