House Of Prayer is part of the Pentecostal (Trinitarian) family of churches in The American Church Story. 325 congregations of the Pentecostal (Trinitarian) family gather across New Jersey — 16,683 across the United States on The Church Map.
Pentecostalism began in a Los Angeles livery stable with Black and white believers worshiping together while segregation was the law, and it has become the fastest-growing Christian movement in history. Its recovery of the Spirit's gifts, and the songs it has written, have crossed into nearly every other tradition on this map.

The community around House Of Prayer
Within a few blocks of these doors, more than 2 in 10 renting households pay over half of everything they earn just to keep a roof over them. About a third of households aren't sure there will be enough to eat, and about a third describe their own health as fair or poor. That is two thousand neighbors — and some of them are already in these pews.
Pray for the families one rent increase away from moving, and for this church to know their names.
