New Covenant Church (Originally New Covenant Tabernacle) began in the heart of Bishop Tommy Reid and Pastor Paul Shenck in 1980 when several small groups of the Tabernacle in Orchard Park NY were gathered into a fellowship of believers in the northtowns of Buffalo NY.
