Christ Church Episcopal in the City of Hudson, New York was established in 1802. The Gothic Revival church structure was designed by architect William G. Harrison and consecrated in 1857. The church interior is marked by soaring columns, lancet stained-glass windows depicting the life of Christ, and beautiful sculpture and woodwork. In 1939, The Hudson River Magazine called Christ Church "the handsomest Episcopal Church between New York and Albany."
