Mount Calvary Baptist Church History Located on the banks of the Mohawk River in festive down town Rome, New York. For NINETY-THREE years, our church has stood like a giant sentinel proclaiming the timeless message of salvation: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. (John 3:16).
