The First Baptist Church of Patchogue was founded in 1888. Its stated purpose at the time was to join… “ourselves together to work for the Master and battle against the hosts of sin and Satan.” The church building has through the years been situated in four different locations around town. What has not changed is our commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and our firm conviction that the Word of God is without error and is all that is necessary for faith and practice.
