Stone Village Church is part of the Congregational family of churches in The American Church Story. 286 congregations of the Congregational family gather across Ohio — 2,930 across the United States on The Church Map.
The Congregational churches planted the first colleges in America — Harvard and Yale began as their ministers' training grounds — and launched the modern foreign-mission movement from a New England haystack. Their conviction that a gathered congregation can govern itself under Christ is now shared by most churches in the country.
