Making disciples of all the nations — who are becoming transformed into the likeness of Christ.
Sunset Church was founded in 1952 with 33 members and five acres of land. Even though we’ve experienced many decades of ministry and changes together, our church has remained constant with the commitment to make disciples of all the nations — just as Jesus instructed us to do.

Sunset Presbyterian Church is part of the Presbyterian family of churches in The American Church Story. 131 congregations of the Presbyterian family gather across Oregon — 11,641 across the United States on The Church Map.
Presbyterians gave American Christianity much of its backbone: seminaries, catechisms, and shared government by elders rather than by one man, a habit that shaped the country's civic life as much as its churches. They have been among the most persistent builders of colleges, hospitals, and mission agencies this nation has.
