Recipes
- Broadband host coalition — Broadband provider + qualified church host(s) in unserved census tracts + municipal or federal capital. Asset-driven — churches qualify based on parcel + FCC unserved status + structure, not declared calling. Revenue to church funds its existing mission; digital-equity ministry often emerges post-coalition.
- Church property transition — Church in expansion / transition / distress engages mission-aligned developer, architect, consultant, and optional denominational/funder partners. Wizard is the on-ramp; coalition forms around the specific pathway (expansion, merger, sale-leaseback, covenant sale, legacy gift, missional redevelopment).
- Food truck + church network — Mobile food distribution nonprofit anchored by a coordinated regional network of churches — host sites, staffing partners, and referral partners that turn a food event into a transformation pipeline. Unlocks funder interest that a bare food program cannot.
- Micro-fulfillment host coalition — Church-as-warehouse matching. Large church campuses (≥15,000 sqft of measured buildings) in areas underserved by retail fulfillment infrastructure (no Amazon / Walmart / Target / FedEx / UPS / Costco / Home Depot center within 1 mile). A pitch to retail-logistics operators: these are last-mile partnership opportunities in the blank spaces on your warehouse map.
- Disaster preparedness coalition — Pairs a disaster-relief operator with church host_sites in elevated-risk counties, plus volunteer staffing partners and city emergency-mgmt regulatory partner. Activates pre-disaster (preparedness) and post-disaster (response).
