Our Purpose Is to worship God, bring people to Christ, incorporate believers into the community of faith, build one another up into Christ-likeness, equip believers for service, and together bring others to Christ, here and around the world.
A typical Sunday morning service lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes, and we will blend traditional and contemporary music, a focus on outreach both locally and internationally, prayers together, and a teaching time.

Florence Wesleyan Church is part of the Methodist family of churches in The American Church Story. 342 congregations of the Methodist family gather across Kentucky — 25,989 across the United States on The Church Map.
Methodism gave the church the class meeting, the circuit rider, and the Sunday school, and gave America the conviction that grace is genuinely for everyone — carried into prisons, mines, and mill towns by preachers who owned almost nothing. Charles Wesley's hymns are still sung in nearly every tradition, most of them by people who have no idea whose they are.
