We believe the gospel is good news especially for the weary. We believe faith without action isn't quite faith. We believe the table is wider than we've been told.
Founded in 1927, Church on the Hill takes its name and its calling from these words of Jesus. We are called to be a beacon of light and hope, not by having all the answers, but by following Jesus into the hard and beautiful work of loving God and our neighbors.

Church On the Hill is part of the Reformed (Continental) family of churches in The American Church Story. 94 congregations of the Reformed (Continental) family gather across New York — 1,012 across the United States on The Church Map.
The Continental Reformed churches gave the church some of its most comforting teaching — the Heidelberg Catechism begins by asking what your only comfort in life and in death is, and answers that you are not your own — along with a vision of every ordinary square inch of life as belonging to God. Their schools and colleges have taught far beyond their own numbers.
