First Presbyterian Church of St. Clairsville, Ohio is a community of believers in Jesus Christ given to the worship of the living God. Our mission is to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ, live accordingly, and bring others into the fold of belief and perfect peace.
First Presbyterian Church was founded in present day Union Cemetery in 1798. Since then, we have been housed in one lean-to and four church buildings. Our current church building was built in 1888 and has been our place of worship for 135 years!
