Crossroads Baptist Church

Crossroads Baptist Church is a Baptist church at 130 Conway Black Road in Spartanburg, SC 29307. It is one of 240 churches in Spartanburg, and one of 68 Baptist congregations in the city.

Our mission is to make disciples one heart at a time by building caring, intentional relationships — both within our church and beyond — creating opportunities to disciple and be discipled in Jesus Christ as we share the Gospel with our surrounding area and the world.

We like to classify our beliefs the same way the hospital evaluates patients when they come into the Emergency Room.

Crossroads Baptist Church is part of the Baptist family of churches in The American Church Story. 3,009 congregations of the Baptist family gather across South Carolina — 71,352 across the United States on The Church Map.

Baptists pressed harder than anyone for religious liberty in America, and the freedom every other congregation on this map enjoys is partly what they won. They have carried believers' baptism and the priesthood of every believer to more of the world than almost anyone — and the Black Baptist church has repeatedly been the conscience of the whole nation.
