Grace Church of The Nazarene is part of the Wesleyan-Holiness family of churches in The American Church Story. 130 congregations of the Wesleyan-Holiness family gather across Tennessee — 4,600 across the United States on The Church Map.
The Wesleyan-Holiness churches have insisted that God does not merely forgive people, he changes them — and they took that straight to the poorest streets they could find. The Salvation Army's kettles and soup lines, a century of rescue missions, and an early and costly record of ordaining women all came out of this family.
